Jalapeno Aji

Description:
Modified Peruvian Aji (green sauce) using jalapeno peppers and scallions. Developed out of my attempt to replicate the table sauce found at Sophie's Cuban Cuisine.
Ingredients:

1/4 Head of lettuce (Romaine preferred)
1/2 Bunch of Cilantro (avoiding stems)
3 Jalapenos (medium/large, removing stems and seeds)
5 Scallions
1/4 Cup Mayo
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Pepper
1 tsp. Garlic Powder (or raw garlic equivalent)

Directions:

1. Add listed ingredients to blender/food processor, turn on "high" setting until they form spreadable paste.

2. Enjoy!
