Easy Summer Squash

Description:
A simple but delicious way to prepare summer squash.
Ingredients:
  • 2-3 summer squash (yellow or mix of yellow and zucchini)
  • 2 Tbsp butter (approx) or 1T butter, 1T canola oil
  • 3/4 tsp dill seed
Directions:
  1. Slice squash thinly, 1/8-1/4"
  2. Heat butter in skillet over medium heat
  3. Add squash and dill
  4. Saute till squash is soft and beginning to brown, stirring occasionally
